Popcorn Stitch
The popcorn stitch adds texture to your work by creating raised horizontal rows. The pattern is done over 4 rows. Like a brim or cuff, you bring up the stitch below and knit off. The columns that are not brought up will curl in.

Circular Knitting
Multiple of 2 sts
- R1-3: Knit across.
- R4: Even numbered pegs (every other
peg)bring up stitch from R1 and knit off
- Repeat R1-4 for pattern
Flat Knitting
Multiple of 2 sts + 1
- R1-3: Knit across.
- R4: Even numbered pegs (every other
peg)bring up stitch from R1 and knit off
- Repeat R1-4 for pattern
Remember that you will knit from right to left for the odd rows and from left to right for the even rows. The peg numbers stay the same, starting with peg 1 on the far right.
